  • WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD I PACK?

    Dress cruise casual anytime during the day. Be sure to pack plenty of swimwear and a sweater for cooler evenings. Think about the shore excursions you’ll be taking and pack accordingly, including comfy walking shoes.

  • DO YOU OFFER LAUNDRY FACILITIES?

    Laundry services are offered on board at an additional fee.

  • WHAT AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN MY CABIN?

    Twin or queen-sized bed with plush mattress (snuggly all-season duvet and pillow menu, flat screen TV with movies, news and bridge channel, minibar, personal safe, wi-fi, individually controlled A/C, music, hair dryer, telephone for internal use, lavish bath products, spa robes and slippers, beach towels.

  • CAN WE BOOK WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?

    Family Accommodations: we count with 4 interconnected cabins for families with children. Our cruises are family friendly, but we strongly suggest children to be 10 years or older at the time of the departure. For family theme cruises young children are welcome. 

  • CAN I SMOKE ONBOARD?

    For the safety and security of all guests and staff onboard, smoking is allowed in designated areas, including the exterior decks of the vessel. Smoking is forbidden in any indoor part of the ship.

  • WHAT SERVICES & ENTERTAINMENT ARE OFFERED ONBOARD?

    A wide variety of entertainment is offered onboard, including: kayaks, SuP, snorkeling equipment, water sports, board games and books, fitness classes, yoga and meditation sessions, workshops and seminars, cooking classes. In addition, you can relax and rejuvenate at the Elixir Spa or indulge in shopping from the stylish Gemaya Boutique.

  • WHAT SPECIAL DIETS ARE AVAILABLE ONBOARD?

    Special arrangements can be made if you require diabetic, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan meals. We ask you to please submit special health requirements in writing 15 days prior to embarkation.

  • IS WI-FI AVAILABLE ON THE SHIP?

    Yes, wireless internet service is available. Streaming wireless internet is offered at an additional cost.

  • WHAT ABOUT CURRENCY AND HOW DO I PAY FOR MY EXTRAS ONBOARD?

    The currency used onboard our ship is Euro €. We made the payment process for onboard expenses very easy. Your onboard credit account will be set up the day you embark, where we ask you to kindly provide your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) The final balance will be charged to the credit card after your approval, usually on the morning of your disembarkation. Payments can be made either by cash or credit card.

  • WHAT ARE MY FARES BASED ON?

    All fares are per person based on double occupancy. Fares are half board or full board on certain days and include daily buffet breakfast. Not included in the cruise fare: beverages and alcoholic drinks, optional shore excursions and additional land arrangements, spa and beauty treatments, private wellness classes, dry cleaning and laundry, boutique purchases, medical services, water ski and scuba diving, personal expenses, crew gratuities at passenger discretion.

  • DO I NEED A PASSPORT OR VISA?

    Passengers must carry a valid passport, expiring no less than six months after cruise completion. Entry visas and health certificates should be obtained where applicable from the relevant authorities before travel.

  • WILL I NEED AN ELECTRICAL CONVERTER?

    The outlets available are 110 VAC and/or 220 VAC at 50 Hz, most ship areas and staterooms feature European and US type plugs. Additionally, all cabins are fitted with direct USB power supply outlets.

  • HOW ABOUT SAFETY AND SECURITY?

    Elixir Boutique Cruises adheres to the highest standard of shipbuilding in the world and our ship meets the most current SOLAS specification. For your safety soon after embarkation we ask you to attend an obligatory lifeboat drill, where you will learn what to do in case of an emergency.

  • WHAT IS THE MAIN LANGUAGE SPOKEN ON BOARD?

    The main language used onboard is English, including onshore tours, workshops, wellness sessions and public announcements. Our multilingual cruise concierge and other crew members will be happy to assist you in various other languages.

  • WHERE CAN I KEEP MY VALUABLES ON BOARD?

    All cabins are equipped with personal safes. Please note the company is not responsible for valuables left in staterooms or elsewhere on board.

  • ITINERARIES CAN CHANGE DURING YOUR CRUISE

    Please note itineraries are subject to change depending on weather conditions, difficulties at docking or unforeseen circumstances. This decision will be solely made by the captain based on the safety of the passengers, the crew and the ship.

30% penalty for cancellation from 180-90 days prior to departure date

75% penalty for cancellation from 89-30 days prior to departure date

100% penalty for cancellation from 29-00 days prior to departure date
